Cancellation Policy
1. Booking Confirmation: All appointments must be booked online through our website. A confirmation email or message will be sent upon successful booking. 2. Cancellation: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee. 3. Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance, subject to availability. 4. Payment: Payment is required at the time of service. For in-store repairs, payment is made upon completion. For on-site repairs, payment is due once the repair is completed. 5. Pricing: Prices vary based on the phone model and the nature of the repair, such as screen replacement or battery issues. Final pricing will be provided after diagnosis. 6. Arrival for In-Store Repairs: Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may require rescheduling. 7. On-Site Repairs: Ensure you or a representative is present at the scheduled time. Our technician will contact you prior to arrival. If no one is available at the scheduled time, the appointment may need to be rescheduled, and a fee may apply. 8. Repair Time: Repair times vary based on the issue. Estimated time will be provided after diagnosis. 9. Warranty: All repairs come with a limited-time warranty, covering parts and labor. The duration and coverage will be specified upon service completion. 10. Data Responsibility: We recommend backing up your data before any repair. THE ZONE is not responsible for data loss during repairs. 11. Customer Agreement: By booking, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
